WP7 - Coordination
Workpackage Leader: Kris Dierickx (K.U.Leuven)
Overall co-ordination of the project will monitor the progress of the project so as to ensure that the individual tasks are performed as planned and/or to identify necessary modifications to the workplan. Reports to the EC and project meetings will be organised. The co-ordination will also take care of liaison with related international and national research efforts. Also a Advisory Board will be installed. We will establish a gender policy and monitor its progress. Contractual matters will be handled (e.g., negotiation of Consortium Agreements and potential amendments), advice in legal matters will be provided and financial matters (e.g., financial reporting, financial flow, cost control) will be organised and delivered. Audits will be managed.
